By submitting this form, you are confirming your participation in the 6th Annual Everybody Gotta Eat Cookout scheduled to take place on August 24th from 12pm to 6pm at Greene-Rose Heritage Park, located at 155 Harvard Street, Cambridge, MA.

All food vendors must have Serve Safe certificate, allergen awareness certificate, and a food permit from a licensed kitchen.

As a vendor, please be prepared to arrive at the venue by 10am for setup. Additionally, a nonrefundable payment is required. In order to secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid.
